"The Complex Killer" Austin Hayes vs "The War Monster" Warren Nickolson
After the two got into the ring and traded stares, Warren soon got the upper hand after a drop kick to Austin’s knee and a then dropping him with a running lariat. Warren then worked on the knee with a few stomps and kicks before picking him back up. Warren hit a series of different suplexes, but his last one was cut short as Austin wriggled free and droped him with a DDT. When the two made it to their feet, Austin got the upper hand after a spine shattering spinebuster and a quick two count. Austin upheld the upper hand with a few suplexes of his own finished off with a leg drop. As he went to the top though, Warren rolled out of the way of a top rope leg drop and capitalized with a solid kick. Warren then set Austin up for the F-5 but Austin wraped his arms around Warren's neck and as Warren threw him Austin held on and droped him with the Mind Fuck for the pin.
Winner by Pinfall: "The Complex Killer" Austin Hayes
Rating: 2 **

"Six Star" James Bailey vs Derek Stone
Derek Stone and James Bailey had a nice back and forth action match, Bailey hitting a flying shoulder block followed by a number of right hands as he landed on top of Stone. Bailey got to his feet motioning to raise the roof to the fans as he turned around and planted Derek with a spin buster in the middle of the ring before he climbed to the top turnbuckle looking for a missile dropkick. He came off missing as Derek rolled toward the corner at the last second. Bailey got to his feet grabbing at his leg from the missed move which Stone took as an opening nailing a low kick to the back of the knee and then the The Trend Setter for the cover and win.
Winner by pinfall: Derek Stone
Rating: 2 ¾ **
Time of Match: 7:22
Fan Reaction: Moderate
Fans View: Bailey was supposed to be an up and comer but Stone a newcomer outclassed him at every turn.

LeToya beat down her bigger male opponent with a lariat as he tried to rise and then she connected with a running jumping enziguri. Cain stole the match back after a failed tornado DDT from LeToya, he connected with the Super Chin Kick for the pin.
Winner by pinfall: "The Prodigy" Cain Alexander
Rating: 1 ½ *

TLC Match = USA Extreme Title
"The Truth" Tyler Lucas (c) vs Kidd Karnage
We returned from a break to find Kidd and Tyler already at it. Kidd seemed almost worthless in the early parts of the match as Tyler used the chairs to dominate, however Tyler's focus got shaken as he got frustrated with literally everone after several attempts at grabbing the title were ruined by Karnage. Tyler went for the Fight of Fear, however Kidd sliped out of it and shoved Tyler into the corner hard. Tyler stumbled out and into a roundhouse kick, as Tyler got back to his feet he was grabed by Karnage who nailed the K-I-DDT before climbing the ladder and taking the belt.
Winner by getting belt - Kidd Karnage(New Champion)
Rating: 3 ¼ * (Match of the Night)
Time of Match: 15:54
Fan Reaction: Moderately High
Fan View: Karnage pulled off a mild upset in my view as Lucas had been on a roll and most thought he’d retain.

Anderson just didn't look able to compete with Randall on the night and Randall ended it quickly with the Rerun.
Winner by pinfall: Demetrius Randall
Rating: Dud
Time of Match: 1:23
Fan Reaction: Dead
Fan View: I thought Anderson was supposed to be out for blood after the whole deal with the Fallen but I guess not.
